1. The "Unboxing Video" Rule (Mandatory)
To claim an exchange or return for defects or wrong items, a continuous unboxing video (from start to finish) is mandatory. Without a video, claims cannot be processed.
2. General Exchange Terms
- Timeframe: Inform us via WhatsApp (6361434304) within 2 days of delivery.
- Condition: The saree must be unused, in original intact folding, with all tags and bills attached.
- Important: If the saree folding is disturbed or broken, the item is not eligible for color or quality-based exchange.
3. Shipping & Logistics
- Domestic Returns: The package must reach our warehouse within 5 days of delivery.
- Shipping Cost: Customers pay the return shipping. However, we will provide a Voucher Code for the shipping amount to be used on your next order.
- Prime Members: We provide free return pickup service.
- Exchange Fee: First-time shipping is free. For subsequent exchanges, a shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
4. Refunds & Disputes
- Damaged/Wrong Product: Full refunds are available if the item is damaged or the wrong color/product was sent (video required).
- Processing: Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect the product.
- Final Sale: Products purchased during a "Sale" or at "Offered Prices" must reach us within 7 days to be eligible for any action.
5. Special COD Policy
Due to high RTO (Return to Origin) rates, COD orders require a ₹100 advance payment via WhatsApp confirmation. This amount is adjusted against your final bill. This ensures we prioritize genuine buyers.
